Company Views
me This is how I see some companies.

Disinterested means that the company doesn't appeal to me, this sort of status would usually last a year or so before being reviewed.

Interested means that I am following the share price price but not necessarily interested at the current level.
Another Strategy means that I am interested and may be following the company in a pot that is not part of the strategy discussed on this site.

What I Am Looking At
You can look up the fundamentals elsewhere, here I am tying to give an understanding of the company "do I understand what the business is doing and can I see it making a profit."

As a retail investor, if you operate purely on numbers and charts you will get burnt, you need to understand if the company is out of favour or if it is on a permanent downward slide.

Think Yellow Pages.

There is nothing wrong with a strategy based on I know that the company is going to fail but I can see this before the market, it's just not the strategy under discussion on this site.
